Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed boxes of food in walk in freezer on the floor, boxes of cream cheese on the floor in walk in cooler, and a box of juice mix on the floor in the dry food storage room, manager moved items off of the floor.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted, inspector emailed the manager an educational packet with a choking poster included, manager printed out the poster and hung it up.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler shelf, soiled with spilled coffee. Manager had employee clean cooler.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed a case of paper cups stored on floor in the dry storage room close triple sink, employee placed the box of cups on a shelf.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed the sanitizer buckets testing at 0ppm on the line. Manager had employee remake line.
