Observe employee set up three compartment sink and then wore gloves without first washing hands to prepare food. Discuss with employee proper hand washing after every change of task. Employee removed gloves, washed hands and wore new gloves at time of inspection.
Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee touched their hair at the sandwich make station then touch parchment paper for food. Discuss with manager to have employees wash their hands anytime they touch their body part or hair. operated disposed of soiled parchment paper.
