Discussed need for sanitizer Thor ware washing and Operator is substituting bleach temporarily to use as sanitizer. They have proper test kit to measure concentration levels and bleach is at 100ppm in 3 compartment sink.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed toilet in Men's bathroom not flushing. Operator has part to repair. Waiting on maintenance to replace part.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters on front counter uncovered. Operator covered filters.
