Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Item stored in warmer on make line: hash browns (125F - Hot Holding). Manager stated hash browns placed in warmer 30 minutes prior to temperature being taken. Manager had employee reheat hash browns in oven, 171F.
