Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed drive thru attendant pull up his pants, grab his visor, adjust the microphone head piece then take a napkin to handle doughnuts for an order without washing his hands first. Observed same attendant receive payment for an order at the drive thru window, touch the window and hand the drive thru customer their order. Attendant then put on gloves without washing their hands and prepare a sandwich. Observed another male employee repeatedly pull up his pants and put on gloves without washing his hands then prepare sandwich orders and complete doughnut orders. Observed employee take an order to a car waiting outside, return to the store after opening front door, adjust the microphone headset, pull up his pants and put on gloves without washing his hands then prepare another customer order.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed the following items and cold holding temperatures in flip-top make table cooler: Sausage (52F - Cold Holding); Cheese (48F - Cold Holding); egg (46F - Cold Holding). All these items were stocked above the top of each container. Employee advised that all the items had been there less than one hour.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed the following items and hot holding temperatures in the top food drawers: Sausage (120F - Hot Holding); eggs (96F - Hot Holding); Chicken (118F - Hot Holding). Employee advised that all these items had been in the drawer less than one hour. Timers were not operating at the time of inspection.
