Per operator, out of temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Operator moved product to walk in cooler.

Employee touched soiled rim of his beverage container by unscrewing it and then drinking from it and closing container then touched unwrapped single-service items packaging donuts with parchment paper, without washing hands. Employee went to wash his hands.
