In reach in cooler in back of store precooked sausage patties (51F - Cold Holding) per operator products not portioned or prepared today and held in unit for approximately 2.5 hours, discussed cold holding with operator who moved product to walk in cooler to chill.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In kitchen bottle of delimer solution stored above open box of single service paper liners, discussed with operator who removed chemical bottle.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At front counter to left of donuts hand washing sink blocked by stacked donut racks, discussed with operator to remove racks.
