As per manager food less than 2 hours ( white cheddar cheese 46 f, creamers 47 f in upright stainless steel cooler in front line corner ) as per manager opening several times during busy times ) less than 2 hours. explained either keep fast moving items in another drawer or use temperature controlled for safety for food and keep food in small batches. All food moved from walk in cooler to reach in coolers. Not prepared or portioned today.
