Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed boxes of Togo items blocking access to handwashing sink near 3 compartment sink. Employee relocated boxes.

A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Gas station that is connected to the establishment closed due to change of ownership. Observed sign on gas station connection door that states "due to the closure of the gas station, guests aren't permitted access beyond this gate including the restrooms." Employees have a key to have access to restroom inside gas station. Per manager customers are not allowed to go beyond the Dunkin' Donuts threshold into the gas station where bathrooms are located because of liability and insurance issues with change of ownership of gas station. Bathrooms fully operational. Manager removed signs and lifted gate to allow access for Customers.
