What the inspector wrote — 6 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee push down trash with gloved hands. Employee then removed gloves and started to put on new ones. Inspector stopped employee and informed him of proper handwashing techniques. Employee then was hands to resume operations.

One new employee observed at front counter. Operator was unaware of employee responsibility to report illness. Provided DBPR Form HR 5030-103 to operator. Operator printed form and had employee sign form during inspection.
