No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Employee states that he is currently the only employee who has worked at the establishment for longer than 60 days. He was unable to show proof of food handlers training but states he was certified through last place of employment. Discussed the need to show proof at time of inspection.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. All employees except for Sam and Alexis have proof of health reporting agreement.
