Observed employee on front counter line pick up trash from floor, discard then with the same gloved hands begin spraying out metal tins for crafting beverages without changing gloves and washing hands. Discussed with employee and hands washed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink by walk in cooler.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drinks stored on either side of bulk ice bin. Operator relocated to separate storage location.
