Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. whipped cream (64F - Cold Holding); milk (47F - Cold Holding) sitting out on counter around drink station on make line in kitchen, per manager all items have been sitting out less then 1 hour and usually are used up within 4 hours, all items put back in reach in cooler and recommended items be placed on time control.
