Observed employee exit the restroom, go back to the main cook line and handle clean single service drink lids with no hand wash.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand wash sink at the drive through window blocked by large trash can. Employee removed the trash can to make the hand wash sink accessible.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice buckets stored on the side of the bulk ice bin not inverted or covered for protection. Employee inverted the ice buckets.
