Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. One food handler on make line making drinks and handling single use cups brushing hair out of face and and rubbing eye with bare hands between making drinks and did not wash hands between tasks.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At hand wash station by triple sink. At hand wash station on make line, operator corrected during inspection.
Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. All certifications are missing expiration date and certified food manager's number.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Several food handlers making sandwiches on make line wearing smart watches and bracelet.
