Quaternary ammonium sanitizer used to sanitize clean in place equipment not at proper minimum strength. Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. Sanitizer bucket 0 ppm. Manager replaced with fresh sanitizer.
No soap provided at handwash sink. By warmer. Operator stated that the dispenser was broken. Advised Manager to get a small pump bottle of soap.
