Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection observed moisture between stacked pans on drying racks. Operator proceeded to correct drying procedure.
Food stored on floor. Upon inspection observed ice cream stored on the floor in walk-in freezer. Manager proceeded to store ice cream properly at time of inspection.
