Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : multiple Spic n Span spray bottles stored on a speed rail, pointed towards/next to blueberry concentrate on the wire racks. The sprays were moved.
Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. Observed : the silver water filters were last changed on 6-15-2024. On the label, it states, change once a year.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed : employee cell phones (2)on the front working counters.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : stirring spoon stored in the front line metal cup with 74° water.

Sanitizing solution for wiping cloths not free of food debris and visible soil. Observed the sanitizer bucket by the frozen solid hand wash sink had soiled liquid in it. This was moved to dish.
