Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed 2 flies land on donut inside front counter case. Employee discarded donut.
Ice buildup on back side of door and plastic flaps of walk-in freezer.

Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed the interior of reach in freezer near the ice cream station being soiled with food debris.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed the sanitizer bucket testing at 0ppm. Manager discarded and remade testing at 200ppm.
