Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Sanitizer buckets stored next to coffee filter containers and container holding whip cream cans. Manager moved all buckets to correct locations.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Handwashing sink next to 3 compartment sink used to dump drinks in.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks on prep rack used to hold drink syrup pumps and single use sugar packets. Manager moved all drinks and we discussed a better location for server drinks.
Ice buildup in walk-in freezer around door and small amount on floor. Spoke to manager about being a repeat violation and he stated he will be putting a work order in for it.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Outside of plexiglass containers for iced coffees pour spouts soiled with food debris.

Ice buildup on the door frame of the walk-in freezer.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Emailed the operator a copy of poster. Operator printed and posted.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed wiping cloth quaternary ammonium solution testing at 0 Pom. Manager had an employee remake the sanitizer buckets and retested at 150ppm.
