Observed in reach in cooler cream cheese (52F - Cold Holding); butter (53F - Cold Holding); chicken (53F - Cold Holding); Pork (48F - Cold Holding) Person in charge stated the chicken was placed in the reach in cooler on 11/6/24. The cream cheese,butter and pork had been in the cooler for approximately 1.5 hours. Person in charge stated that all food items were placed in the Reach in cooler approximately 3 hour ago. Person in charge placed all food items in Walk in freezer and called for repair.
