Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook came out of walk in cooler, put gloves on, no hand wash. Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty. Other employee came from front counter, put gloves on, went to back of kitchen and put bagels in pan.
