Lowboy prep cooler- cream cheese (47F - Cold Holding); sliced cheese (46F - Cold Holding); single service veggie cream cheese (46F) inside unit recently temperature checked from routine monitoring at 2pm, manager stated lid left open during recent rush. Manager closed lid, rechecked temperatures at end of inspection, within range.

Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. -soiled prep area floors, establishment currently undergoing/completing remodel while in operation
