Food stored on floor. Observed box of unopened coffee stored on floor in dry storage. Dated 6/25/24 delivery. Also, box of unopened bagels stored on floor in freezer.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed brown syrup like substance built up under espresso machine. Also, build up of debris under cold brew machine on front line. Also, reach in dairy cooler under espresso machine has soiled gasket. Also, debris in back of cold holding drawer containing cold cooked bacon. Also, dust build up on hood above ovens.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed large container with white powder next to Togo station unlabeled. Communicated per employee it was sugar.
