Food items stored inside equipment, cheese (49F - Cold Holding); sausage (48F - Cold Holding); eggs patties (49F - Cold Holding); chicken patties (49F - Cold Holding). Observed technician trying to fix equipment.
Food stored on floor. Observed gallons of milk on walk in cooler floor.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed spatula in hand sink located at the front area. Operator removed it.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed wet whipping towels in quaternary sanitation solution of 100 ppm. Operator set up the sanitation bucket again, rechecked quaternary 200 ppm.
