Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean plastic pans stored in a way which does not allow proper air drying at three compartment sink. PIC removed and stored to allow proper air drying.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored in dirty water in mop bucket next to mop sink. PIC removed and stored appropriately.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
