Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ambient raw shell eggs (48F - Cold Holding); hot dogs (48F - Cold Holding) on door of refrigerator. Person in charge is moving product to freezer.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting boards stained with food debris.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing station. Person in charge added paper towels.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwash sign for hand wash sink on truck. Person in charge had hand wash sink posted at different area and moved to designated hand wash sink.
