Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested several times chlorine 00ppm. Operator replaced with new sanitizer. Tested again at 100ppm
