Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed utensils in handwashing sink beside storage rack. The operator removed utensils from handwashing sink.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container of chicken. The operator removed scooper from chicken and pineapples.

Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed open drink of Gatorade in walk-in cooler. The operator moved Gatorade to location in walk-in cooler designated for personal food and personal drinks.
