Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed shelled eggs over ready to eat refried beans, chicken and chorizo in stand up reach-in cooler. The manager moved the shelled eggs on bottom shelf in stand up reach-in cooler.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed refried beans and chicken not date marked.
