Observed employee place raw chicken on flat top, then picked up the fully cooked chicken with a spatula and by assisting with his hand touched the fully cooked chicken and then placed the chicken on top of a ramen bowl with same gloves still on without washing hands and changing gloves. Educated employee and operator on proper hand washing procedures.
