Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical sanitizer bottle stored next to buffalo sauce on dry storage shelf. Manager removed sanitizer.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed wiping cloth sanitizer solution reading 500+ppm on prep table. Manager corrected sanitizer bucket and obtained sanitizer reading of 200ppm.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed seared tuna served at establishment and consumer advisory on menu but no indicator displayed next to menu item.
