Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Operator has only 1 single door upright reach in cooler and ambient temperature at 57F. Waited and still no changes after 1 hour. Operator will have cooler inspected and will reschedule to finish up licensing
