Checked seasoned potatoes 58°f stored inside walk in cooler less than 4 hours recommend to quick chill potatoes in walk in freezer. Checked butter packs 56°f stored in the box inside reach in cooler located in the front server area.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed two white cutting boards has red discoloration on the surface on cook line. Recommend to resurface or replace cutting board.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed trash can stored in front of hand wash sink located on the cook line.
