Observed employee wearing gloves touching raw fish, then proceeded to make a bagel for a different order, without out washing hands or changed gloves. Educated operator, employee washed hands, and put new gloves.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At front counter- big trash disposal blocking hand washing. Operator re-arranged trash disposal.
