Employee at front line cracked raw shell eggs and continued to prepare / serve coffee drinks without washing hands and changing gloves first. Reviewed with manager and employee proper hand wash procedures and employee washed hands.
Probe thermometer not accurate within plus or minus 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Probe thermometer reading 28F in ice water. Calibrated to 32F.
