Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting boards on make line had cut marks. Operator was made aware, and has replacements in the back.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed gasket in RIC underneath syrup station preventing door from fully closing. Observed chipping in cabinet underneath prep sink next to coffee station. Wood is chipping and surface is not easily cleanable. Manager has work order put in.

Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Some pans in ware washing area stacked wet, operator separated pans to properly dry.

In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Mixing spoons on front service line stored in a pitcher of water at 66F. Manager placed all utensils into dump sink. A new pitcher of water at 172F has been placed on front line service.
Water leaking from pipe at Employee handwash sink. Located at back kitchen storage area adjacent to three compartment sink.
