No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed operator did not have test strips for chlorine. He has quaternary strips for chemical that is arriving this morning. I supplied operator with a couple of test strips and color chart.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at all hand wash sinks. Operator replenished paper towels at all hand wash sinks.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at all hand wash sinks. Operator replenished soap at all hand wash sinks.

Operator stated he will pick up trash cans after inspection. He temporarily placed garbage bags near hand wash sinks. Some supplies are arriving today.
