Observed an employee cracked a raw shell eggs and proceeded to grab cooked bacon from container to put on top of bagel. Coached manager and employee the right procedures to handle food and wash hands and change gloves when changing task. Employee discarded cooked bacon took gloves and wash hands and put new gloves.
