Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit pulled pork thawed from frozen this morning, found at 50F (near the side of container) to 43F (middle of product) next to hot pork cooked this morning, both put in freezer to rapid chill. Educated on proper cooling process.
