Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within two hours and from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within six hours. See stop sale. Large pan of cooked rice in reach in color 44-50F. Manager stated rice was cooked last night, in cooler overnight.
Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Male employee scratched head then continued to remove blender and pour drink without washing hands.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs on shelf over clean glasses at bar. Moved.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Two bottles of window cleaner on rack over clean pan and single use silverware. Manager removed.
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Large pan of cooked rice in reach in cooler: product temperature from outside 44F to inside 50F. Manager stated rice was cooked last night, in cooler overnight. Stop sale issued. Large bin of rice with tight fitting lid. Bin shows condensation between grains of rice.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Pans on top of sink at bar.
Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Flan and soup made onsite with dates of day made and placed in freezer, lacking second date on package from being thawed.
