Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On counter in bar area: roasted corn (65F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the roasted corn has been sitting at room temperature in the bar area since 7:30am. Stop sale issued.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Container of "Clorox" powder stored on shelf directly beside clean dishes and open box containing single-use foil liners. Manager moved all dishes and single-use items away from chemicals during this inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Backflow prevention device missing at green hose connection after splitter added to mop sink.

Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Two open jugs of milk missing date marks inside reach-in cooler near kitchen entrance. An employee stated the jugs of milk were both opened three days prior and added the proper date marks during this inspection.
Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by lack of general knowledge in performing their assigned duties. No employees in working in the warewash area and operating the dish machine are able to test the sanitizer at the dish machine. Manager taught the manager how to test the sanitizer during this inspection.
No handwash sign and/or paper towels/mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. 1. No handwash sign at handwash sink near three-compartment sink near kitchen entrance. 2. No towels at handwash sink near three-compartment sink near kitchen entrance or at handwash sink in bar area. Manager placed paper towels at both sinks during this inspection.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Several new employees working in kitchen and handling food without proof of food handler training or proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Inspector provided manager a new copy of the employee health reporting agreement during this inspection.

Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee's personal bag stored directly on top of box containing restaurant food at far end of kitchen. Manager removed the item from the area during this inspection.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Several employees handling food in kitchen while wearing bracelets and/or watches on wrists.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Wet nested drink cups at fountain machine in kitchen.
Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Pan containing chips stored directly on floor near dry storage area of kitchen. Manager placed the pan on a shelf during this inspection.
Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Grease receptacle sitting on mulch, directly overtop the soil.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Drain plug missing from dumpster on right side.
Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Two large unsealed plywood shelves on wall in kitchen.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Remnants of old labels stuck to sides of 4 pans on clean dish rack.
Open dumpster lid. Lids of both dumpsters left open.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Box containing single-use foil pans stored directly on floor in dry storage area. Manager placed them on a shelf during this inspection.
Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. 1. Screwdriver stored on wire shelving, directly above containers of seasoning in kitchen. Manager removed the screwdriver from the area during this inspection. 2. Roll of duct tape stored on prep table directly beside milkshake mixer in kitchen. Manager removed the duct tape from the table during this inspection.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wet wiping cloth stored on prep table in warewash area. Manager moved the wet cloth to a sanitizer bucket during this inspection.
