Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Employee began washing hands in the three-compartment sink. Inspector stopped employee and had her wash her hands in the handwash sink.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Several new employees without proof of food handler training or proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Inspector provided manager a new copy of the employee health reporting agreement during this inspection.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Several employees cooking food while wearing bracelets and/or watches on wrists.
