Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw shell eggs over raw ground beef inside reach in cooler. Spoke to operator and eggs were moved to proper storage shelf.
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed cook touch raw beef with gloves, then without changing gloves grabbed white bread. Spoke to cook, gloves were changed and bread was thrown away.
