Observed open employee lemonade with no lid on food storage shelf in kitchen. Observed employee bottled water in reach in ice bath. Operator removed both drinks.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet plastic drink cups stacked at wait station.
Stored food not covered. Observed tray of fish in kitchen freezer not covered. Observed a pan of beef and a pan of fish uncovered in walk in cooler. Operator covered products.

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed food prep employee with I watch and bracelets on. Employee removed watch and bracelets.
