Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Ambient thermometer in beverage cooler reading 60F... ambient temperature reading with digital 42F. Manager replaced thermometer with new one.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Raw fish ceviche served. Paper menu does not indicate as raw. Manager marked menus to reference consumer advisory.
