What the inspector wrote — 9 findings
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed rice (47F - Cold Holding); cooked chicken (47F - Cold Holding) in walk-in cooler. Manager states door was left open for 10-15 minutes. Cooked chicken was voluntarily discarded. Rice was moved to reach-in freezer and approximately 10 minutes later, rice at 42F.
