Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink in the kitchen blocked by a piece of wooden cooking equipment and orange towels. The items was removed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Next to the 3 compartment sink. The person in charge provided napkins.

In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. 3 pair of tongs a 1 serving spoon stored in a container of water at 78F on the table across from the 3 compartment sink. The water was discarded and the tools was taken to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.
