Cheese bread 99F at 9:36 AM placed inside front counter display case at 8 AM reheat it to 179°F at 10:17 AM. Cheese bread roll 100F at 9:36 AM placed inside front counter display case at 8 AM reheat it to 181°F at 10:17 AM.
