Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pinto beans 104F and queso 98F at 12:45 in some spots at cook line make table. Per employee since 11:15. Employee stirred and covered food items during inspection. New temperature: pinto beans 135F and queso 139F.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed large accumulation of mold-like substance inside soda nozzles and ice chute at soda machine in lobby area.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand wash sink in kitchen area inoperable. Per employee hand wash sink is shut off due to leak.
Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 16 dead roaches at the following locations: 5 dead at side door of dining room, 5 dead at dish area, 3 dead on floor of kitchen entrance, 3 dead next to reach in cooler in corner of kitchen area. Per employee exterminator has sprayed for vermin on 01-18-24. Employee cleaned and sanitized sites during inspection.
